lib32cr0 software package provides (32bit) Libraries to Checkpoint and Restart Linux processes, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib32cr0
lib32cr0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib32cr0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib32cr0 *
You will get with lib32cr0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
